The first two weeks of our 100 Days, 100 Youth Promises movement have been amazing. We’ve made ten innovative pledges that set in motion a series of deliverables to make The Youth Group an increasingly efficient and socially responsible enterprise, and help us in our mission to improve the odds for more young people.

Over the course of the movement, we’ll be releasing a sequence of progress updates to show the day to day process of carrying out our 100 Youth Promises, and keep us accountable for delivering each and every pledge. This helps to keep us accountable and keep our community informed of what we’ve been working on, as well as what’s on the horizon.

On Friday 22nd of January, the Youth Promise concept was conceived. Over the course of the next few days, the 100 Days, 100 Youth Promises movement began to take shape. Our team was filled in, roles were picked up, and we began laying the groundwork for the movement. On 1st February, the movement was launched. What followed was our first ten pledges, from a groundbreaking paper-free policy to a four day working week!

Over the next few days you can expect announcements on the launch of our YES Team, the start of fifty virtual sessions to build hope, skills, and opportunity for young people, as well as so much more! You can keep track of each of our 100 Youth Promises here.
