Unmind aimed to enable its teams to assist young people in entering the workforce, but faced the challenge that each employee had varying schedules and availability for mentoring. As a result, some employees were only able to mentor every six weeks, while others could do so weekly. Unmind sought a flexible solution that respected these differences. However, existing solutions required long-term commitments, whereas Unmind sought a lightweight yet efficient approach.

Youth Mentoring gives the ability for Unmind to engage and inspire their employees to become advocates for social mobility, youth development and volunteering their time to give advice to a young person starting out in their career. Designed to help companies make a positive impact on the youth while also gaining a competitive edge in the market.

This partnership had a positive effect on the employees at Unmind.
