Morgan Hunt had a goal of supporting young people in entering the workforce, but encountered a hurdle due to the diverse schedules and availability of their employees for mentoring. This led to some employees being able to mentor only every six weeks, while others could do so on a weekly basis. Morgan Hunt recognized the need for a flexible solution that would accommodate these variations. However, existing options required long-term commitments, whereas Unmind desired a more lightweight yet effective approach.
