We embarked on a journey to transform Capita into a Youth Verified brand, collaborating with external partners to leverage this opportunity. Furthermore, we introduced a unique initiative of providing 90 days of personalised support and guidance to newly hired young professionals, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
The implementation of our solution yielded remarkable results for Capita. By establishing a talent pipeline that specifically catered to the needs of the younger workforce, Capita was able to tap into new opportunities across all divisions. This strategic approach also led to a notable increase in employee retention rates. Additionally, the revamped onboarding process proved to be more streamlined, significantly reducing the rate at which applicants dropped out of the hiring process. Overall, these positive outcomes fuelled Capita's growth and success in attracting and retaining talented young professionals.
