Production Futures takes on the Youth Verification Challenge
Production Futures is an initiative for young people who want to work in Live Events, Music, Festival, Theatre, TV, Broadcast, Film and Virtual Production. They highlight hidden job roles, training and work opportunities into this exciting industry and tour the UK with their world leading partners promoting work experience, internships, placements, apprenticeships, jobs, training and freelance opportunities. Production Futures number one priority is to promote diversity and employability, encouraging transferable skill sets into all entry level job roles and creating opportunities for everyone.
Production Futures has made the commitment to work towards becoming Youth Verified®.
There is a huge skills shortage in live event and broadcast production and we need talented young people with a great attitude and willingness to learn.
Young people are the future of Live Events, Music, Festival, Theatre, TV, Broadcast, Film and Virtual Production.
As an industry, we need to prepare them with the right skills and the right opportunities so that they become job ready and enable them to thrive in a job they love, trained in the latest technologies and are aware of all entry level pathways into these jobs.
Youth Verified® was created to build the trust contract between businesses and young people.
Youth brand equity is extremely important and Youth Verified® will give us the youth brand equity superpower we need to reach 1.7million young people.
